Football Team Update (Y3/4 Tournament)
Friday saw the return of some football for #TeamTadpole and this time it was a chance for some of our Y3/4 children to represent the school team, as they went along to the Play Football Arena to compete in a 5-a-side tournament against other local schools. The boys rocked up with loads of energy and found themselves on the harsh end of a tough schedule, though they battled really well. Having played 7 games throughout the afternoon, the boys did extremely well and WON 3, DREW 2 and LOST 2. Throughout the afternoon, the boys played some lovely football and, equally, all showed their values - great role models for our school! The boys scored a whopping 26 goals and had a brilliant experience - thank you again to all the parents for their support as without you being able to transport the children to the fixtures they wouldn't be able to go ahead. Thank you again and well done to Charlie, Grayson, George, Alfie, Harry, Mitchell, Olly and Jared.
